Service, Support, and Repairs

ALL CC Surveillance systems are backed by our industry-leading warranty. We cover all parts AND labor for a full 5 years. This also includes support and training. If you choose one of our flexible leasing options or a one-time purchase, we are there. Whether it's a commercial or a residential system, CC Surveillance will be there if you ever need assistance or repairs. Just call our office and one of our friendly team members will gladly help you. Since 90% of service issues can be solved remotely, chances are, we'll have you back up and running in no time!

CC Surveillance is the ONLY Company that offers service on existing surveillance equipment. Other companies may offer service, but only on equipment that they installed. We receive calls on a daily basis asking if we offer service or repairs. Unfortunately, a lot of companies do not provide a warranty and if they do, you could be stuck waiting weeks or even months for a technician. We will gladly schedule a time for a technician to come out and diagnose your system. You will never be tricked into purchasing new equipment and no repairs or replacements will be made without your permission. We understand the frustrations of spending money on something and then having it break and not able to get it repaired. We would be honored to help you with your current issues and hopefully earn your trust in the process.
